LEARNING
Our NZ-designed memory games will appeal to Kiwi kids and parents alike. Learn about a diverse range of New Zealand animals and places, or learn the basics of te reo Māori. Each set consists of a beautifully photographed memory card game and an educational booklet – “in a box”.
The rules are simple – cards are placed picture-side down on a flat surface. Players take turns trying to find a matching pair. If a match is found, the player keeps them and continues to take turns until they fail to make a match; the cards are then returned to the same place, picture-side down. To reinforce learning, NZ IN A BOX® has added a new rule that the Māori word on the card should be spoken to encourage learning!

NZ IN A BOX has created this beautifully designed memory game perfect for learning the basics of Te Reo Māori. With 26 pairs of beautifully photographed cards, and an educational booklet featuring different words and phrases.
It’s easy to play: flip over two cards; if they match, keep them beside you. Take another turn and if those match, keep them beside you; keep taking a turn until you fail to make a match. The first player with the most pairs wins! NZ IN A BOX has added a new rule to the traditional game of Memory – players should say the word on the card in Māori to claim the pair.
